I made the skins myself, inspired by the Brockport PD, license plates inspired by Alaska State Troopers.

Highly recommend to turn up brake light emissive in visualsettings.

All cars have the same interior equipment.

These models are high poly and detailed, you will need gameconfig and a good PC to run them.

Some cars are already lowered with the model, no need to change suspension.

All cars has takedowns and their own LED color headlights/taillights.

There is mod called SAPD:FR for GTA SA something for the police first response thingy, you enter a police vehicle then use the computer to response to crime but there is one for the GTA 4 too. If you are computer specs is good enough, then you could jump onto GTA IV which is far more better.
